BASIC SERVICE We will work closely with you to review existing practices, identify labor law issues, seek ways to increase efficiency, reduce cost and recommend any changes. The recommendations we make would then be implemented by you with our assistance. A limited phone service plan is included. Basic Service costs consist of an initial fee and an annual follow-up fee each year to review changes in labor law. This is a small price to pay to avoid potential problems in the future.
SIGNATURE SERVICE Signature Service is designed to provide small organizations with basic human resource tools, advice on employment related issues and some on site assistance.

FLAGSHIP SERVICE Flagship Services provides you with relevant and practical on site support from a seasoned HR professional during peak periods. It is an excellent plan for companies that are either seeking to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR policies or who do not require full-time HR functions. It includes everything in our Signature Service plus the added advantage of having Avalon on site for:
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES During on site service periods, we will work with you to identify hiring needs, source candidates, interview applicants, recommend hires, make offers, handle rejections and coordinate drug screening and background checks if needed. Avalon will also handle new hire orientations, employment and benefits enrollment.
REWARDS AND RENUMERATION Our expert will help implement programs that meet your business needs and strategy while complying with regulatory issues. This includes a customized performance appraisal plan and development of promotional standards plus up to 5 days additional on site service for annual merit plan processing. Supervisors will be trained on documenting employee performance appraisals and counseling employees during performance reviews. A pay plan will be developed if needed.
COACHING & COUNSELING Coaching is a cost-effective way to help employees operate more effectively within your business. On site service is provided as needed for management and supervisory coaching, all employee counseling issues, disciplinary situations including terminations.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES Avalon will meet with your management team to define your company’s needs and develop additional customized plans and procedures that supplement our standard policy manual. Once this is completed, we’ll train all supervisors for policy administration and customize your employee handbook and benefits books.
BENEFITS Avalon will handle all employee benefits issues, meet with vendors, administer contracts, investigate cost reduction alternatives and provide up to three days additional on site service during open enrollment.
The Flagship Plan provides as much HR support as needed while avoiding unnecessary costs to your business because we’re there when you want, for as long as you want, to do what you want in a timely and cost-effective fashion. There is a one-time upfront cost for implementation plus an additional fee based on the level of on site service selected.
